No two families are the same, so we don't begin with generic advice. We begin with yours: how your child experiences the world, what each stage is asking of them, and how the people around them can respond with understanding rather than guesswork. The work is warm, practical, and grounded in developmental science.
Making sense of behaviour, emotions, and milestones, stage by stage — so what your child is going through finally feels understandable.
A steady, judgment-free space to be heard, to work through the difficult moments, and to feel more confident in your role.
Helping everyone raising the child — parents, grandparents, caregivers — understand one another and move in the same direction.
Gentle, informed help with big feelings, anxiety, transitions, sleep, school, and the worries that keep you up at night.
Children don't need perfect parents. They need ones who understand them. The heart of Serenly
I'm Harnoor Kaur Kohli, a developmental psychologist and the founder of Serenly. I studied psychology at the University of Delhi and cognitive development at the University of Leeds, and I've worked in behavioural intervention and counselling with children. I built Serenly to give families a warmer, more understanding place to turn — one child, one parent, one question at a time.
Whether something feels urgent or you simply want to understand your child more deeply, that's reason enough. I'm currently accepting consultations — from Saket, New Delhi, and online.
